Gullbrandstorp: för Framtidsbild 2050 is a book that unites the voices and visions of over 50 Gullbrandstorp inhabitants, responding to the forthcoming 2050 future plan for Halmstad Kommun. The book emerged from the socially engaged project, “Gullbrandstorp: för Framtidsbild 2050” which encouraged residents to preserve and share their current experiences in the town, in anticipation of its redevelopment in 2050. This project documents a unique narrative bridge between the present and future, offering a platform for today’s residents to chronicle their lives, document their surroundings, and envision the future of their beloved town for the benefit of generations to come.
